We do not represent any insurance company and do not guarantee approval of the request, but we provide you with certified documents that facilitate the submission of the claim.
 
What documents do we prepare for you?
 
We prepare a complete claim file, including:
 
A detailed medical report approved by a specialist
 
An official invoice detailing the treatment sessions
 
A statement of the number of sessions, their dates, and the type of treatment
 
A copy of the insurance card and the client's ID
 
(Insurance company claim form, if applicable)

How do you file a claim?
 
Option 1: File it yourself via the insurance company's website or app.
Option 2: We will file it on your behalf after signing the authorization and provide you with a tracking number.
Responses from insurance companies typically take 14 to 30 business days.
